Willow weaving expert Karen Bek is bringing her expertise to Gressenhall Farm and Workhouse with a festive decoration making workshop. This workshop will teach you how to use willow to create a range of festive decorations. All materials have been locally grown and are 100% renewable - all tools and materials supplied. Please be advised that rest of the site is closed to the public. As this workshop is being ticketed by an external partner, we are not able to offer our typical membership discounts.

Step back into the Victorian setting of Mitford and Launditch Union Workhouse for frivolity and fun but, remember - Father Christmas will definitely pop in to check on everyone's good behaviour... Enjoy some festive tunes with SqueezEast Concertinas' mini Christmas concerts in the Chapel, and meet costumed characters from the site's past to join in with their activities. Explore the museum displays, find festive treats and trinkets to purchase and get a chance to see Father Christmas aboard the 1899 Panhard car. Pop into the Mardler's Rest Cafe (10am-2:30pm) for hot and cold drinks, a hearty lunch, or something sweet.
