Gressenhall Steam and Engineering Volunteer
Gressenhall Farm and Workhouse has an exciting collection of stationary petrol and steam powered engines on display. They are run and maintained by our dedicated team of engineering volunteers, allowing visitors the fantastic experience of seeing steam-powered engines in use.
Following the recent restoration and display of a 1922 Farmers Foundry portable engine - one of only two of its kind surviving - we're hoping to expand our small team of dedicated volunteers to maintain, run and demonstrate this and other machines to visitors.
